Description

This sophisticated foaming line features an innovative 8 - station rotary architecture. The sturdy main frame supports a high - precision rotary structure, driven by a reliable motor and guided by an indexing positioning device that ensures each station aligns with an accuracy of ±0.1mm. The foaming mold frames, crafted from durable alloy steel, are equipped with temperature - sensitive sensors that work in tandem with the water heating system to maintain optimal foaming temperatures. The automatic charging system, with a precision injection pump, can deliver foaming agents within a margin of error of less than 1%.
