Description

This specialized vacuum forming assembly line is engineered to streamline refrigerator liner production with high accuracy and minimal waste. The process begins at the loading station, where thermoplastic sheets are fed into the system. The heating station uses adjustable infrared panels to uniformly soften the material before it moves to the forming station, where powerful vacuum pumps mold it into precise liner shapes. An automated side-cutting unit trims excess material for a clean finish, while the cooling system rapidly solidifies the formed liners for faster cycle times.
