Description:

The Refrigerator Door Automatic Production Line is engineered to handle multiple processes, including panel forming, insulation foaming, hinge assembly, sealing, and final inspection. The system begins with automated material loading, where metal sheets or pre-treated panels are fed into the line. Advanced CNC bending and punching machines shape the door panels with high precision, while robotic arms ensure smooth transitions between stations. The foaming injection system applies insulation material uniformly, optimizing energy efficiency. Finally, automated hinge mounting and gasket installation ensure a perfect fit before quality checks.
