Epoxy plate (FR - 4)

Description: glass fiber cloth made of epoxy resin adhesive heating pressure, high mechanical performance

under medium temperature, stable electrical performance under high humidity.Applicable to mechanical,

electrical and electronics with high insulation structure parts and components, has high mechanical and

dielectric properties of good heat resistance and wave resistance.Heat-resistant grade F (155 degrees), specifications, thickness: 0.5 to 100 mm, under the condition of high

temperature of 180 ℃ heat deformation, is generally not and other metal in a heated, may cause the

deformation of sheet metal.

insulation, FPC reinforcement plate, carbon film printed circuit boards, computer drilling with pad, mould,

fixture, etc.(PCB test frame) and can be used in damp environment condition and the transformer oil, has

Carbon fiber winding of molding process

Winding molding process is soaked in resin adhesive solution of continuous fiber (or cloth belt, presoak

yarn) on winding to the mandrel according to certain rules, and then after curing, demoulding, obtain

products.According to the filament winding forming physical and chemical condition when the resin is

different, divided into dry winding, wet winding and half dry winding 3 kinds.(1) dry winding Dry winding is

adopted through presoak rubber processing presoak yarn or, on a winding machine after soften to viscous

flow winding onto the mandrel.Because of presoak yarn (or with) is a professional production, to strictly

control the resin content (accurate to 2%) and presoak yarn quality.Therefore, dry winding can accurately

control the quality of the product.Dry winding process is the biggest characteristic of high production

efficiency, winding speed can reach 100 ~ 100 m/min, winding machine cleaning, labor health condition is

good, high product quality.The downside is winding equipment is expensive, need to increase in yarn

manufacturing equipment, so the investment is bigger also, dry low interlaminar shear strength of winding

products.

The carbon fiber tubes Shanghai Lijin mainly produce is table-rolled and oven thermoset. The tubes can be Full Carbon or Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass composite, depending on the application, weight limit,mechanical

strength and surface requirement.Shanghai Lijin offers top quality ROUND carbon fiber tubes. The general OD tolerance we achieve is +/-0.10mm and it can be even +/-0.05mm after our special surface process.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.

Besides the traditional table-rolled carbon fiber tubes, Shanghai Lijin also offers REAL Filament wound carbon fiber tubes,which are widely used for mechanical strength like auto driving shaft, antennas, even for military

applications. The filament wound carbon tubes are wound at a certain angle like 30 or 45 degree. We invested the new production line from Jun 2013 and this increases Shanghai Lijin’s advantage in the carbon

fiber tube industry. There are just a few real filament wound carbon fiber tube manufacturers in domestic

China and we are one of them.
