The Refrigerator U-Shell Forming Line (CNC Bending) is a state-of-the-art automated production system designed for high-precision manufacturing of refrigerator U-shaped shell components. The production process begins with the automatic material loading

initial cutting to precise dimensions. A key innovation in this
line is the 180° turnover machine, which automatically flips the
workpiece between processing stages to enable double-sided forming
operations. This automated material handling system eliminates
manual positioning errors and significantly improves production
efficiency, maintaining tight tolerances throughout the
manufacturing process.
Advanced CNC Bending and Specialized Forming
At the core of the production line, the CNC bending forming machine
delivers exceptional precision in creating the primary bends of the
U-shell structure. The Z forming machine then adds complex
multi-directional bends to meet specific design requirements. For
final shaping, the U-shape bending machine completes the
characteristic U-profile with consistent accuracy. These
computer-controlled bending stations utilize advanced servo systems
and real-time monitoring to ensure each bend meets exact
specifications, making the line capable of producing high-quality
components for premium refrigerator models.
Secondary Processing and Assembly Integration
Following the primary forming stages, the both-ends bending machine
performs finishing operations on the shell edges, while the cutting
machine trims any excess material with laser-like precision. The
line then transitions to assembly integration with the condenser
pasting machine belt line, which automatically applies thermal
conductive materials or adhesives for condenser installation. This
seamless integration of forming and assembly processes reduces
handling time and improves overall production flow, allowing for
complete U-shell units to be manufactured in a single continuous
operation.
