Description

The drum of the centrifuge in the Model PPTD flat-plate centrifuge is designed with a feeding pipe on the hermetic closure casing. The material to be processed is introduced into the drum through this feeding pipe. Once inside the drum, the material is subjected to the centrifugal force field.

During operation, the liquid phase of the material passes through the filter medium and is discharged from the machine. On the other hand, the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum. When the machine is stopped, the solid-phase material can be discharged from the top of the drum.

The Model PPTD flat-plate centrifuge offers several notable features. It runs smoothly, ensuring efficient operation. It is also designed to be easy and convenient to operate. The centrifuge allows for feeding, washing, and dehydrating processes to be carried out under the state of hermetic closure, meaning a sealed environment is maintained during these operations.

This model incorporates a flat-plate counterweight and a high-viscosity damping vibration reducer to absorb vibrations. This design eliminates the need for traditional hanging supports and ensures stable operation with reduced vibration.

One advantage of the Model PPTD flat-plate centrifuge is that it does not require a foundation for installation. This simplifies the installation process, as no dedicated foundation is needed to support the centrifuge.

Applications
