Automatic pizza cheese factory is an innovative solution that combines stretching with steam technology and automatic molding to form a complete production process. It is especially suitable for medium and large products. The process starts with the steam pot through the direct introduction of exclusive steam technology or double jacket. Then, the product is introduced into the automatic rotary table forming machine through the screw conveyor feeder, so as to make the production process continuous.
In the final process stage, the feed is carried out through the automatic variable speed cooling cylinder. The automatic pizza cheese factory has achieved considerable savings in time, labor and energy consumption.

Brief Information:

The automatic spherical cheese production system is a turnkey solution, starting from the solidification of milk until the product is ready for packaging. The displayed system includes a cheese barrel machine, which is essential if milk is selected as the raw material. In the first stage of the production process, its function is: milk coagulation and curd ripening. The curd is then discharged into a suitable drainage truck and introduced into the medium after reaching the appropriate mature pH
Cooker stretcher. The stretched cheese will be formed by a special forming roller machine, which strings the cheese into pre cooling and cooling cylinders.
The system is completely made of AISI 304 / 316 stainless steel and is completely used for CIP automatic cleaning system.
