Quality Control for Vacuum Tank :

1.The raw material plate was analyzed by our material analyzer to assure the quality
2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized
3.After welding the inner tank, we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint. After welding the jacket, the full water pressure test be done for the jacket too
4.After finishing the surface finish, make a surface roughness testing to assure the Ra data 5.After agitator installment, we will operate it to assure the function is good.
6.The nozzle's position's confirmed also is checked by our quality control people.
