2 Stage Homogenizer Advantage:

1. Pressure homogenizer through an adjustable current-limiting gap process, the formation of loss of pressure expansion, explosion, shear, combined effect of high-speed collision, the particles and liquid droplets shatter into very small size, while creating an ideal solution or dispersion of emulsion.
2. Homogenizing valve, check valve and plunger are made of alloy steel, which is resistant to wear, impact and long service life.
3. Product stability, consistency, mixed, and easy absorption, nutritional value, shelf life, flavor, color, security activities are realized in the homogeneous process.

A: Power End

1.1 Driving: two-stage gear box；first stage, the triangle belt drive, second stage, crank gear symmetrical transmission; Special alloy bearing, bilateral Rolling bearing, horizontal smooth, low noise, mechanical efficiency is increased by about 10% on average.

1.2 Lubricating: Automatic splash lubrication and oil pump lubrication, safe and reliable.

B: Liquid End

1.1 Pump: three way type, gland radial self sealing, durable, no leakage

1.2 Plunge: 3 plunge, durable, safe, easy dis-assembly

1.3 Checking valve: Poppet valve in and out each 3 sets, total 6 sets, Durable, reliable, make sure flow is over rated flow.

1.4 Pressure control: one diaphragm gauge assembly, control high pressure and low pressure.

Driving assembly:House is made of grey cast iron HT200, and crank shaft, connecting rod, and gears are made of ductile cast iron.

Plunger:High hardness stainless alloy(PH-type)

Check valve:High hardness stainless alloy (GrMoFr), abrade-resisting and impact-resisting

Pump block: SUS321.

Sealing: packing seal, with heat-proof reaching 100℃

Main applications:

Working Theory:

The working method of SAMRO homogenizer as following, when product is flowing through the adjustable valve, the particles or droplets present in mixed fluids with high pressure will be subdivided into the very smallest sizes (diameter Φ=0.1~0.2 um, average Φ ≤1um) because of pressure decrease, expansion, explosion, cutting and high-speed impacting etc., then the emulsions or dispersions could be produced. This process refers to the following Fig.
Through homogenizing the stability, easy-absorb, long-life, taste and color etc. of product could be realized.

Types of homogenizer:

1. Manual operating Homogenizer

Two-stage homogenizing system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.

2. Hydraulic operating Homogenizer

The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to proportional valves.

3.Pneumatic operating Homogenizer

The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remo.

Spare parts:

Checking valve: the conical valve is applicable for the most product material. The valve material can vary according to customer’s requirement for different working condition or CIP cleaning. The ball valve is applicable for product material of high viscosity.

Homogenizing valve: made of tungsten – Cobalt – Titanium alloy or erosion-resisting cemented carbide. It is applicable for 0-1000 bar homogenizing pressure and CIP cleaning.

Sealing: packing seal and V-section seal are available for different homogenized materials.

Plunger: Made of erosion-resisting stainless steel hardened smooth surface to achieve long life practice in dairy demonstrates that the life is 6000-10000 hours.
