1.Application

The silo breaker is designed to help dry powder products flow in flat or cone shaped silos and funnels.For a standard equipment, installation conditions should be PH value neutral and temperature below 170 ° C.The fluidizer works best when moisture content is less than 12-15%.Large particles such as pebbles, feed, grains and granules cannot be inflated.When the particles are embedded in each other, such as wood planer, plastic or fiberglass, the archers do not achieve the desired effect.

2.The material used

Please select different types of guide rods according to your specific material conditions. The hopper breaker is available with a variety of guide rod sizes and material options. We only list the standard type of products here.

3.Positioning principle

Bin broken GongQi in inflatable 1/3-1/2 of the bottom of the cone of the export operation, the slope of the cone should be at least 45 °, in order to get the best working effect, the bottom row of broken GongQi in discharging mouth - as close to the 12 "(300 mm), above, each row of broken GongQi interval - as in 16" - 20 "(400 mm - 500 mm), each row layout should break GongQi mutual crisscross, arch breaker to achieve maximum coverage.The spacing of the arthropods at higher positions can be increased.

4.Installation instructions:

The hopper breaker provides two installation methods, standard installation and external installation kit. According to different installation methods, corresponding through holes are drilled on the side wall of the silo. After passing through the through holes, the vault breaker can be fixed with a nut.With our external installation kit, the installation and maintenance of the vault can be carried out outside the hopper, which is especially suitable for small internal space or inconvenient installation.

5.Maintenance Suggestions:

The following recommendations are made annually:
(1) check the abrasion condition of the breaker. The breaker should tighten the pressure and seal the hopper wall. If the outer edge of the breaker is damaged, it cannot be attached
The wall of the hopper shall be replaced in time.
(2) check whether there are any lumps of powder under the broken arch tray, which can be cleaned by disassembling the disc and guide bar
Is the type 0 sealing ring on the rod damaged so that it cannot be sealed.
(3) when reinstalling the hopper fluidizer, be sure to tighten the nut to the recommended 35 newton-meter torque.
