The silicon carbide ceramic plate has been inspected by the Quality Inspection Center for Special Protective Clothing of the People's Liberation Army. The test results show that the protective effect of the silicon carbide ceramic plate product is very good, and the protective performance reaches JXUB 3010-2010 "Wood Ceramics Meet the Specifications of Bulletproof Inserting Board" Type I bulletproof inserts are required.

Silicon carbide ceramics are widely used in bulletproof armor due to their high hardness, small specific gravity, good ballistic performance and low price, such as the protection of vehicles and ships, as well as the protection of civilian safes and cash trucks. The ballistic performance of SiC ceramics is better than that of alumina ceramics, which is about 70-80% of boron carbide ceramics.
