The insulator cap and assembly bolt are hot galvanized , zinc thickness meet related IEC and ASTM standard requirement

2 Porcelain the insulation part are made of high aluminum porcelain C130 . the porcelain surface covered a layer of hard and shinning glaze , color can be grey , brown or white .

3 excellent Portland cement make the assembled insulator have very good mechanical performance and the quality more reliable . if customer have special requirement , we will cover a lay of silicone on cement surface which will prevent moisture damage the cement .
