Description:

1. Pet Stretch Blow Molding Machine plastic recycling granulating production line

The 2L-16L double station blow moulding machine is different from the single station machine in that it has one additional station with high-precision linear guide, covering four major series of ZQD-2L,ZQD-5L,ZQD-10L and ZQD-16L. The same as the single station machines, it can be used to produce a wide variety of materials, such as PE, PP, and PA. The largest capacity of the product can be 16L, and its production capacity is 60 to 70% more than the single station machine. In accordance with different type of products, die heads can be changed to achieve multi-type production.

2. Main motor of extruder is Siemens AC motor, The cooling of the motor is by installing the fan on it. Air inlet of the cooling fan must be installed in a clean space,Workshop temperature should not exceed 40 ºC (degrees Celsius). Maximum installation height of Motor cannot more than 1000 m above Altitude elevation. Other environmental conditions will lead to different motor actual output power.

Use a Spiral charger to feed materials into the Extruder materials evenly squeezed, melted and plastified in the Extruder material strips coming out from the machine head, after Degassing and filtering system (Hydraulic Screen Changer) material straps being cooled by Water tank being dried by Strong air dryer being transferred and cut in the Pelletizer being collected by Silo the End.
