Machine Description

HD8918-2F-2B(HD4918BDS)BOTTOMER is an extremely flexible multi-purpose high-performance bottomer machine, suit to produce various sizes of paper bag. And it has the internal and external reinforcement unit to strengthen the bag. Also, it can produce different kind of valve,like plate type valve,tuck-in sleeve valve,paper and pp tublar valve etc. At the same time, the Big S unit is added in the bottomer for making the bags dry and flat.

Process Description

High-speed Rotary Vacuum Feeding → Puncturing Vent Hole and Creasing → Tubes Delivery → Bottom-Opening → Valve Sheet Pasting → Automatic Gluing → Bottom-pasting and Bag Forming → External Reinforcement Sheet Pasting → Bottom Revising → Bags Counting and Palletizing → Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)

Usage and Characteristics

It is used for producing valve cement paper bags with printing. The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor to save more electricity and regulate speed more freely. The color code tracker with good performance makes the sealing and cutting length more accurate and the error smaller. It adopts advanced computer to adjust length more freely and accurately.It can make one printed bag and three unprinted bags one time, or four unprinted bags one time in allowed width.
