Galvanized Steel Sheet has been rolled in the continuous cold rolling mill and sent to

the continuous hot –dipped galvanizing line to wash automatically ,the

strip first to be annealing furnace and then dipped in the molten zinc pot

for hot dip galvanization ,the products is finally turned out after passivation

or skin-pass ,stretcher leveling and appropriate means treatment .The

steel base is galvanized

Because the zinc can be formed a membrane on the surface which has

good performance in corroding environment .It has not only protected the

zinc layer but also protected the steel base .So its service life would be extended greatly.

It has been used in such trade horizons including architectures, auto mobiles, and receptacle traffic.

The base steel: cold rolled steel plate

The spangle: small and big spangles

The condition of the skin passing: Skins pass spangle and the non passed spangle

The condition of the surface treatment: chromated unoiled
