Continuous monitoring of ultrasonic cavitation intensity in ultrasonic cleaning system is mainly applied to DBS201-1000 ultrasonic sound intensity monitor. Instrument provides non isolated 4-20mA current output, the current output size is proportional to the ultrasonic cavitation intensity. Instrument can be connected to the PLC, the PLC loop recommended resistance is 250 ohm, the corresponding voltage is 1-5V. The measuring probe is arranged on the ultrasonic groove, and the continuous measurement of the cavitation of the ultrasonic groove is realized. Monitor the standard DIN rail installation.
