Water solenoid valve structure principle:

This valve pass through the diaphragm 15-100 to open the second pilot valve solenoid valves 125-300 to pass through three open pilot valve solenoid valve, its structure is dominated by the Deputy valve and main valve components.

When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic force on the movable core pull, vice valve is opened, the main valve cavity medium leakage from the pilot valve port, so that the main valve diaphragm generating a pressure difference between the upper and lower diaphragm was quickly hold up, the main valve port open the valve was passage state. When the coil power, the magnetic field disappears, the core reset, vice valve port closed and then the secondary valve diaphragm chamber pressure rises, the main valve diaphragm pressure to the valve seat and the valve was closed.
