PTFE Coated Full Size Fiberglass Silicone Baking Mat With Silicone Edge
Silicone baking mats prevent food from sticking to the pan in the oven. Since they do not require oil, food baked on a silicone has less fat, and unlike nonstick pans,you can use your baking mat in both the oven and microwave.
This unique mat is composed of fiberglass and is coated on both sides with non-stick silicone, allowing for the dough to be rolled out effortlessly. Used daily by professionals, the sheets offer multipurpose uses for preparing, cooking, and heating up food.
They're also easy to clean--simply wipe them off using hot water and dish soap. Store them by either rolling them up or keeping them flat. Fiberglass baking mats replace parchment paper, and can be used at temperatures varying from -40 degrees C to 250 degrees C (-40 degrees F to 482 degrees F). The baking sheets are made in China.
