OhmAlloy118 is a nickel-chromium alloy (NiCr alloy) characterized byHigh resistivity, good oxidation resistance,very good form stability,good ductility and excellent weldability. It is suitable for use at temperatures up to 1250°C.
Typical applications for OhmAlloy118 are used in electrical heating elements in industrial furnace,and well suited for reducing atmospheres.

Applications
Nichrome alloy resistance strip Ni70Cr30 is widely used for making electric heating elements in home appliances and industrial furnaces.
