Round Carbon Fiber tubes are Carbon Fiber Epoxy Prepreg Fabric table-rolled outside a mandrel of certain diameter and thermoset at temperature 125 Celsius Degree. The mandrel, which is also referred as mould, is then demolded and ground on the Centerless

ground machine to ensure the outer diameter tolerance. The tubes are cut by diamond blade.

strength and surface requirement.Shanghai Lijin offers top quality ROUND carbon fiber tubes. The general OD tolerance we achieve is +/-0.10mm and it can be even +/-0.05mm after our special surface process.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.
