lower thermal impedance, to solve the high power heat pipe heat
dissipation solution

3. Phase transition temperature: 50℃~60℃, gray
4.0.014℃-in²/W thermal resistance
5. Very effective discharge of air in the interface
6. Above the temperature of phase transition, the hole between the
interface can be well filled
7. The use of pressure can reduce the coating thickness of the
material between the interface
