Description:

• The energy-saving result of the machine is signaficantly lower by comparison to that of single-effect concentrator. The saved energy in cludesvapory of about 3500 tons, water of 90000 tons, electric power of 80000 kwh.
• The concentrator adopts the vaporization method of minus pressure outer thermal natural cycle, which features rapid vaporization and large specific gravity of 1.2-1.35 (common China traditional medicine immersed cream )
• The concentrator adopts dual-effect simultaneous vaporization that leaves the secondary utilized. Compared with the dual-effect concentrator, the energy consumption lowers about 50%. One year save almost equals to the investment on the equipment.

• The concentration of alcohol recycle ability is about 80%
• The repated united cream receiving is abailable to the single & dual & triple-effect
• The intermittent and continuous feeding are abailable.
• The contact part of the concentrator and the material is made with the stainless steel, meeting the standard of the GMP.
• Perfect outline, there is thermal protection layer in the heater and vaporizer, the enclosure of the thermal keeping layer is made of stainless steel thin plate, the surface finish is mirror polished or Matt polished.
