Description:

The automatic tin can filling line is mainly used to filling non carbonated drink, like juice, milk, wine and so on.

It main contains the automatic can washer, can filler, can sealer and chain conveyor and motor, automatic with speed adjustable.

Automatic can washer:

This machine is mainly used for continuous washing for empty tin cans of similar size and shape. It is designed as requirement of filled drink in metal can. It is used to continuously washing three pieces of pop can; The machine is full automatic. It adopts the high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meets the requirements of food grade.

Automatic can filler:

This filler is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology introducing from abroad and is with international advanced level. It is mainly used for filling non-gas containing drink in tin cans, such as water, juice, milk, tea and so on. The filling way is normal pressure. It adopts the electric magnetic speed control system and the speed can be regulated infinitively as customer requirements within the scope. It adopts the high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meets the requirements of food grade. It is full automatic and advanced in construction, steadily in performance, safe in operation, easy in maintenance, high in production efficiency. Automatic can sealer:
